Rev. Steve Martin

Senior Pastor

Pastor Steve has been with us since November 2001. He grew up near Martinsville, VA, and attributes his coming to the Lord because of Godly grandparents who took him to church as a child. Later on, as a young teenager, he was saved at Eden Friends Church, in Eden North Carolina. Pastor Steve and his wife, Sarah, have been in the ministry together since 1986, having met at Kentucky Mountain Bible College where they both graduated from. They have two daughters: Emily, 19 is a Sophomore at Southern Wesleyan University in Central, SC. Katie, 16 is a Junior at Sheridan High School.

Sarah Martin

Office Administrator

Sarah Martin grew up in a Christian home and a very musical family. She travelled with her family over the U.S. and Canada for at least 10 years of her life singing in churches, conferences and missions meetings. She is thankful for her Godly heritiage and the privilege of seeing so many wonderful sights of the U.S. that otherwise she would not have been able to. She can be found in the Administrator's Office Monday - Thursday from 9 - 1.

Pastor Seth Merrill

Student Ministries

Pastor Seth grew up 'in the ministry' as a PK (Preacher's Kid), as his father pastored Nazarene Churches in Kentucky and Georgia. He attended Trevecca Nazarene University where he met his wife, Breanne, who also grew up in the Nazarene Church. He is currently taking classes through FLAME and his wife continues to work towards her masters degree in Business Administration. Seth and Bre have two children; Anslie, two years old, and Adler, born in June 2011. Seth and Bre have a love for God and for people and are excited to join this wonderful family we have here at Six Points Wesleyan Church.
